Online coaching to get relief from panic, anxiety and self-doubt

This following is one question that one of my students sent after having great success in relieving panic.
Question: Hi Audrey, I had three amazing weeks free of panic. But yesterday I felt anxiety while I was driving. I feel like I’ve fallen back into the old panic again. Does that mean the hypnosis isn’t working? I’m really afraid nothing will help me.
First of all, just think how amazing it is that you had 3 panic free weeks. After suffering for 20 years, I’d say that was an indication of how well the techniques are working. Perhaps we can look at the panic symptoms in a different “light.”
When panic surfaces again I feel it is an indication that something needs to be looked at and attended to. It is natural to worry that you’ve slipped back into old behavior. But, there is another explanation. you might consider. Your unconscious mind is giving you a signal that there is something deeper that needs to be worked on. I look it as a positive, your unconscious giving you a clue that you are now healthy enough to look at the next piece of the “puzzle.”
As we clear out emotions, it gives deeper repressed emotions “space” to surface. Once you recognize that the anxiety is just a signal to do the next piece of “work” you can interpret the anxiety in a different way.
Remember without any stress you typically won’t feel the need to change. Stress that surfaces just signals that its time to look deeper.

The unconscious mind holds the answers.
