Template of techniques for Anxiety Relief
As most of you who read my blog know, I have been writing my newest book on anxiety relief called “Quieting the Mind.” I’m planning on getting it ready for publication while I’m at the Writer’s Retreat in Costa Rica June 20 – July 10th. When the book is published you will have a template for anxiety relief.
I just finished the review section for the book and I decided people might like to see the review of techniques I use in practice. I’m sharing them with you to give you hope that there is something that you can do to stop the struggle with anxiety, panic and worry.
There is a way to get lasting relief from panic, fear, procrastination, worry, migraines and IBS, I know this because I have been helping people with these issues for almost 30 years.
The techniques listed are many of the same ones we use at the Anxiety Control Center, and they are all part of the Transformation System that I’ve developed over my many years of research and practice in the field of panic relief.
If you have already worked with one of the hypnotherapists at the Anxiety Control Center then this template will provide a good review if anxiety ever comes up in the future.
In tomorrow’s post I’ll give an example of what you can do to start the process on your own.
